Once placed, orders are then fulfilled on demand by Printful, once produced, they are then shipped out in accordance with the following estimated delivery times:

• 3-4 business days in the US,
• 6-10 days in Canada
• 5-20 days everywhere else.

** To estimate expected receipt of your order, add the fulfilment time for your product type to the shipping time.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and includes the full postal/area code at point of order, as items that are returned due to an insufficent/incorrect address can only be re-shipped at your expense and refunds cannot be provided in these instances.

Shippment Tracking

Once your item is shipped (within 7 business days), you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package's transit.  Expect its status to be active within 48 hours of being 'shipped'.

Items Lost In Transit

Claims for items lost in transit MUST be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date (see Order Fulfilment and Shipping & Delivery information sections).  Please inform us by email if you believe your item may be lost in transit at info@busikind.co.uk

If an item is received misprinted, damaged or defective in any way, please inform us by email immediately ( info@busikind.co.uk ) so that we can issue a Problem Report to Printful on your behalf.  Once processed by Printful, and deemed to be their responsibility, we can request a refund or an exchange at your preference. 

** Problem Reports MUST be provided within 4 weeks of the product's receipt.  Please do NOT return products to Printful prior to receiving a response from us first.**

 

CONSUMER RIGHTS INFORMATION

Please note that these items are technically 'made to order' and therefore cannot be returned to Printful for reasons of "customer's remorse".

Notice for  EU consumers:  In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
