Brochure DESIGN:
Customisation Service
This service is for the customisation of our available catalogue and brochure designs in order to suit your own products and/or services. These themed designs are provided for both professional print purposes and for digital use as an online flipbook which can easily be shared with customers and/or embedded into websites. Pricing for bespoke brochure design services are available under the Media Design page.
DESIGN & FORMAT
Customisation of our themed designs will be within the existing design's layout and includes editing:
- titles, headings, body text;
- the main theme colour;
- adding clickable links; and
- inserting your images.
If you have a logo, we will add it to the front and/or back pages of the design as applicable to the design.
If required, inner pages of existing designs can be rearranged/replaced and new additional inner pages added; based on replicating the existing page/spread designs displayed.
If you require additional pages, additional page quantities must be made in multiples of 4 in order to produce brochures in the correct format, and the options possible are as follows:
Minimum: 8 Pages
- 12 / 16 / 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40 pages -
Maximum: 44 Pages
PRICING & PROVISION
Starting Prices for our 8-page A4 catalogue layouts is £80 and for our 12-page 210x210mm service brochure layouts it's £120. Every additional 4 pages is a further £40 thereafter.
We provide a PDF setup for professional print purposes including print bleed and crop marks, an interactive PDF and we'll also create a digital flipbook that you can use and keep for free via Heyzine.com services (subject to their terms).
Once all images and text have been received we will supply you with a draft for approval within 3-5 working days.
A 50% deposit is required to commence work and the final 50% is required upon approval of your draft design.
These are digital items and no physical products will be supplied.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
Once you chosen your design and enlisted the service, we will need you to submit all of your images, text and website links. We streamline this process by providing you with a link for you to upload all of your files to in order for us to access and use them on your behalf.

Prior providing any website, social or product page links, please ensure that they are all working as these are not checked as part of this service.
To ensure the quickest possible turnaround for your brochure design when supplying image files, please ensure to name them accordingly i.e. to correspond with their product number if applicable, product code or positioning in terms of its place within your chosen design's existing layout, for example, Product1, Pg5Prod15, Pg2TopLeft, Pg7Middle, Page 2 and so on.
