Cherish Digital Suite: Facebook Post Set
In the event that there is an issue with any file supplied, we will gladly replace it accordingly i.e. if there is a fault when opening the file or in the unlikely event that an incorrect file has been delivered by mistake.
In the event that you have purchased an item for us to customise on your behalf ('Personalised' product options) and you have not yet supplied ANY of the text required in order for us to begin the customisation process we can make a full refund when you let us know by email info@busikind.co.uk WITHIN 14 days of your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it due to the relatively quick fulfilment time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, and you wish to try to cancel or amend it in any way, in the first instance, please call us on 02071128894 without delay to ensure it is handled in 'real time'.
