This Cherish Wedding Collection wouldn't be complete without the option of seating charts to help your guests find their seats when arriving at your wedding venue/reception, so we've created 6 options to ensure you're spoilt for choice! These seating chart designs are A1 in size and have been especially co-ordinated to compliment the Cherish Wedding Collection. Chart Options Available:

CHOOSING A CHART: All Seating Charts Accommodate Upto 10 People Per Guest Table (8 Displayed Within Imagery) With 10-15 People For The Top Table (As Per Existing Layout). Chart options available are named according to the number of 'Guest' tables displayed not counting the 'Top Table'. Should you require more guests seated per table, please enquire with us before making any purchase to ensure that you're requirements can be met.
Designs are supplied as print-ready PDF templates which you can opt to either edit independently (Editable Options) and provide to your printer or use our personalisation service* (Personalised Options) for us to supply you with pre-made print-ready files instead.
FILE DELIVERY: Both editable and personalised files are supplied in print-ready PDF format including bleed and crop marks for your printer's purposes.** If you opt for editing independently, we aim to supply file(s) within 2 working days to the email address provided at checkout. If you opt for our personalisation service, we aim to supply draft file(s) within 5 working days of the required text being supplied, as follows:- Name & Name and Date (will be displayed as per design's format);- Guest Names Per Table (8-10 names per guest table and 10-15 names for the Top Table).Supply all names by table number and in your preferred order;

PERSONALISATION SERVICE: Guest Names should be emailed to us all together once they have been compiled/finalised. If there isn't enough capacity to enter specified text within the customisation fields provided herein or you do not have all of the required information, email it to info@busikind.co.uk when you're ready; reference your confirmation email's order number.
EDITING SOFTWARE: Access to free PDF editing software is required for independent editing purposes E.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.***
* The personalisation service is for the editing of existing text aspects of designs only.
** There may be some colour variation between the designs displayed on screen and the end result once printed. This is because images displayed digitally appear in RGB colour and print is produced in CMYK colour.

Cherish Wedding: Seating Charts
In the event that there is an issue with any file supplied, we will gladly replace it accordingly i.e. if there is a fault when opening the file or in the unlikely event that an incorrect file has been delivered by mistake.
In the event that you have purchased an item for us to customise on your behalf ('Personalised' product options) and you have not yet supplied ANY of the text required in order for us to begin the customisation process we can make a full refund when you let us know by email info@busikind.co.uk WITHIN 14 days of your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it due to the relatively quick fulfilment time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, and you wish to try to cancel or amend it in any way, in the first instance, please call us on 02071128894 without delay to ensure it is handled in 'real time'. We recommend you leave a voicemail if unanswered and someone will get back to you quickly.
