In the event that there is an issue with any file supplied, we will gladly replace it accordingly i.e. if there is a fault when opening the file or in the unlikely event that an incorrect file has been delivered by mistake.

In the event that you have purchased an item for us to customise on your behalf ('Personalised' product options) and you have not yet supplied ANY of the text required in order for us to begin the customisation process we can make a full refund when you let us know by email info@busikind.co.uk WITHIN 14 days of your purchase.

Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it due to the relatively quick fulfilment time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, and you wish to try to cancel or amend it in any way, in the first instance, please call us on 02071128894 without delay to ensure it is handled in 'real time'. We recommend you leave a voicemail if unanswered and someone will get back to you quickly. Please do feel free to get in touch with any questions or use our 'chat service' beforehand so that you can be certain about the item(s) you are purchasing.

Due to the digital and/or personalised nature of our products i.e. that they are 'made to order', refunds are not otherwise possible. This does not effect your consumer rights.
FILE EDITING & SAVING ADVICE: When editing independently of our Personalisation Service, once you open the supplied file in Acrobat Pro DC, first 'save as' without editing to ensure the original file remains untouched should you need to revert to it. To do this, choose File menu, Save As, choose your preferred storage location and give the file a memorable new name and press Save. You can now customise your file(s).
PREPARING FILE(S) FOR PRINT: For professional print purposes, it's common UK print industry practice to use PDF format supplied with crop marks and bleed settings in place; as is the case with the files we supply. On occasion, a printer may require a different file format and, if this should be the case, simply get in touch and we will gladly assist to make sure you have their preferred format. It's always best practice to check printer requirements prior to editing your file(s).
