The 'Suite' Options Available Include All Five Above-mentioned Items. Out of these five items, other than if you opt for the Personalised Suite Option, we can only offer a personalisation service for the Menu and Menu Options items via this product page. If you do require any of the other items on an 'personalised' basis, please email us at info@busikind.co.uk and tell us which item(s) and how many names, as we will need to provide you with a quote instead.

FILE CHOICE & DELIVERY: Opt to either edit independently (Editable Product Options) for provision to a professional printer when you've finalised your files or you can use our personalisation* service (Personalised Product Options) for us to supply you with customised files instead. These beautiful designs are supplied as print-ready PDF templates for your chosen printer's purposes (print-ready designs include bleed and crop marks and are not suiteable for printing 'at home').** Please note that no physical items will be dispatched.
If you opt for editing independently, we aim to supply file(s) within 2 working days to the email address provided at checkout.
If you opt for our personalisation service, we aim to supply draft file(s) within 5 working days of the required text being supplied, as follows:
- Menu Wording As Per Pre-Existing Texts Layout;
- Table Numbers Required (Upto 12 Tables Possible In The Format Shown e.g. Twelve);
- Guest Names Per Table (Upto 10 Names Per Table). Supply All Names By Table Number (In Preferred Order)
- Menu Option Names For Check List (Upto 13 Characters (Including Spacing) Per Option).

PERSONALISATION SERVICE: Guest Names should be emailed all together once they have been compiled/finalised. In the event that there is an issue with any file supplied, we will gladly replace it accordingly i.e. if there is a fault when opening the file or in the unlikely event that an incorrect file has been delivered by mistake.
In the event that you have purchased an item for us to customise on your behalf ('Personalised' product options) and you have not yet supplied ANY of the text required in order for us to begin the customisation process we can make a full refund when you let us know by email info@busikind.co.uk WITHIN 14 days of your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it due to the relatively quick fulfilment time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, and you wish to try to cancel or amend it in any way, in the first instance, please call us on 02071128894 without delay to ensure it is handled in 'real time'. We recommend you leave a voicemail if unanswered and someone will get back to you quickly. Due to the digital and/or personalised nature of our products i.e. that they are 'made to order', refunds are not otherwise possible. This does not effect your consumer rights.
