Our Lydia Collection with its beautiful design of red and pink roses, complimented by a corresponding font colour, really captures the romance and would be a charming touch to your celebration. Importantly, there's an 8 character limit per first and last name to be displayed within the Save The Date and a 17 character limit (including spacing) for each parties full names to be displayed comfortably within the Wedding Invitation.

FILE CHOICE & DELIVERY: Regardless of the product type purchased (editable or customised), each item is supplied in two PDF file formats; giving you the choice of either 'at home' printing (borderless printing technology required) with one file or 'professional printing' with the other (includes bleed and crop marks for professional printers' purposes). Each file supplied is named to easily identify its intended print requirement. Please note that no physical items will be dispatched.
Choose to edit designs independently of us by opting for the 'Editable' product options available; for either printing at home* or for providing to a professional printer once you've edited the files yourself. Alternativley, choose our 'Custom' product options for our personalisation service** in order for us to edit and customise the files on your behalf; we then supply you with the final files for them to be printed as you prefer.***
If you opt for editing independently, we aim to supply files within 2 working days to the email address provided at checkout.
If you opt for our personalisation service, we aim to supply draft files within 5 working days of the required text being supplied, as follows:
- Both Parties Names (Required For All Items )
- Wedding Date (Required For All Items)
- Wedding Time (For Wedding Invite Only)
- Venue Address (For Wedding Invite Only)
- 'Reply By' Date (For RSVP Only)
- Wording (For Wedding Details) As Per Pre-Existing Texts Layout.

EDITING SOFTWARE: Access to free PDF editing software is required for independent editing purposes E.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.****
* If printing at home (or non-professionally), you must ensure that the printer being used has borderless printing technology otherwise you will need to crop your items once printed. Prior to making any purchase, first establish that your 'home' printer can print your chosen items' specific page size(s); you can do this via its Page Setup options within the Print Dialogue box.
** The personalisation service is for the editing of existing text aspects of designs only.
*** Colour variation can sometimes occur between the designs displayed on a screen in comparision to the printed end result of a design. This is because images displayed digitally appear in RGB colour and print is produced in CMYK colour.

In the event that there is an issue with any file supplied, we will gladly replace it accordingly i.e. if there is a fault when opening the file or in the unlikely event that an incorrect file has been delivered by mistake.
In the event that you have purchased an item for us to customise on your behalf ('Personalised' product options) and you have not yet supplied ANY of the text required in order for us to begin the customisation process we can make a full refund when you let us know by email info@busikind.co.uk WITHIN 14 days of your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it due to the relatively quick fulfilment time. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, and you wish to try to cancel or amend it in any way, in the first instance, please call us on 02071128894 without delay to ensure it is handled in 'real time'. We recommend you leave a voicemail if unanswered and someone will get back to you quickly. Please do feel free to get in touch with any questions or use our 'chat service' beforehand so that you can be certain about the item(s) you are purchasing.
Due to the digital and/or personalised nature of our products i.e. that they are 'made to order', refunds are not otherwise possible. This does not effect your consumer rights.
